(February 1, 2024, 11:27 pm)I had an appointment here and it all went so smoothly- I couldn’t get one asap in my area NDG and was re-directed here through a nurse on #811 due to the severity of the condition - about 1:45 minutes drive but so worth it! The receptionist took my info and immediately directed me to the waiting room and in a few minutes I got to see the nurse and then Dr. Nizard Nathanaël. The consultation went well, he listened to my concerns attentively, advised and prescribed me the next steps! I am an English speaker and I actively make efforts to learn and improve my French speaking abilities- yes I had to communicate 50% of the time in French (receptionist and nurse) - it was not perfect but we understood one another! I am not going to complain about English when I chose to live in Québec! Yes I have the right to speak in English but they also have the right to speak in French 🤷🏽♀️ so what do we do - meet halfway maybe ❤️ thank you for the amazing service!

(January 13, 2024, 5:03 pm)Called the clinic for an appointment because I was feeling quite ill and when I called the clinic, I was answered promptly and given an appointment on the same day! Receptionist was very kind and friendly, sorry that I didn’t get her name. Thank you!
