No pressure excellent knowledge. Isadore spent time to truly to get to know you and understand your needs. Discuss the required upgrades and had his tech Lukas involved and provided suggestions. Great pricing on the materials and work. Excellent followup to keep me updated. The work was excellent and very timely. Quick shipping and well packed. Issdore is very knowledgeable and a gentleman- great shop to deal with and highly skilled staff. Highly recommended. Thanks Codell Audio.

When I initially called, they inquired about my needs and budget, and an hour later, they had set up their beautiful listening room for me to try out a first pair of speakers. I had an hour-long session where I listened to 3 different pairs of speakers. The guys are pros and answered all my questions.
I had minor issue with one of the speakers the next day and their tech Lucas was able to fix it right away. Truly impeccable service.
I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family members. -
