During the winter of 2016, I engaged the services of Julien Charbonneau, as a result of water damage during a winter rainfall, at a four apartment investment property in Montreal. The services required a thorough review of the structure to arrive at the required solution. Julien provided guidance/advice throughout the analysis phase of the project to help shape the scope of work. Once we decided on the project scope, we agreed on his services which included initial design drawings, drawings required for the city permit, ready for construction drawings and construction review visits.
