I remained very faithful to it, because Nathalie has an understanding of movement, impeccable quality of her teaching, takes the time to know her students well, understands the needs of each and everyone, and always in a good humor and conviviality. I highly recommend this place.

(December 12, 2017, 3:32 pm)Nathalie got me hooked on pilates. I now do it two to three times a week and I can say that this exercise has completely changed my body - tone, balance and posture. Best teacher - contagious energy and constant support. The best, period.
