It was the winter of 2022….and the time wasn’t ideal…multiple purchase offers, high prices, basically definitely not a buyer market :). Samantha was very patient with us, she made us visit multiple places and helped us clarify what we were looking for. She is very professional and dedicated to her work. Always responding to our messages/calls within a few hours at the most. At the end we purchased two properties with her. It was a nice surprise when she told us that she also offers to all of her clients who buy with her to rent the appartements free of charge. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone and use her services again.

What others normally consider a hectic time was seamless because Samantha made the whole process easy (and fun!). From the very beginning right to the very end, home shopping was a great experience with her. All of our concerns were addressed, she was open-minded, patient and caring throughout all of the visits (yes, there were a lot of visits) and she never gave up on us. She did all the heavy lifting and allowed us to enjoy the process of buying our first home. I have already recommended her to many friends & will continue doing so. If you're looking for someone with patience and understanding without the PRESSURE, you won't regret working with her!

I bought my house in February and still to this day she checks in with me to see how everything is going and helps me anytime I need. We need more agents like this.
