(December 23, 2023, 6:30 pm)Initially Thermolux came just to check out my system to make sure it was okay as I had just moved into a new house and it was a very old hot water heating system. They did a great job and they only charged me for what was needed, initially I had asked for a full cleaning but since the system was well maintained and clean they told me it wasn't needed and thus didn't charge me for it. I then asked them for suggestions on upgrading or revamping the system and it got a little strange. It seems like they subcontract that work and at first we had a great subcontractor that was very helpful and informative but that person became unavailable and then the second person was not very helpful. Just giving me a whole bunch of different information and options and telling me to figure out what I wanted without even a visit. Thermolux then called me back and will send another technician to review the situation, they called me to clarify the situation and to offer more support, I must say, I am quite impressed with the service. Thus when I need to replace the system, I will surely call them back for a quote.

(October 21, 2023, 9:15 pm)Pleasure to deal with. Very responsive both before and after installation. Installed an 18000 BTU mini split. Nice clean work and very reasonable pricing. Even provided clear instructions on how to apply and get governmental rebates. Would not hesitate to use their services again.
