We worked closely with Patricia Tudor this fall. She was amazing guiding us through the process of researching and finding the perfect home/ senior independent residence for our father. It was a difficult decision for him to move from his home of over 50 years. Patricia knew the West Island so well and helped us navigate all the different residences and arranged tours so quickly. She brought such knowledge and compassion to this difficult time. We are forever grateful and would highly recommend Lianas, and specifically, Patricia. -

I had been referred to Matt at Lianas Services and explained to him that my sister was in town only for a few days and we needed to find mom a place before she left. He promptly put us in touch with Patricia who was able to set up meetings for us in a matter of days. Patricia is a wonderful, compassionate and patient lady and made the process as easy as possible for my mom, but also for me and my sister. I would recommend their services to anyone needing to find a good fit for their parents. We can’t thank them enough. -

He helped me realize that I was making the best choice to move my Mom here from Toronto. Patricia then helped by giving us the best options of residences that suited her needs, we then went our tours and we picked the Manior Kirkland.
Thank you all, it was a relief to know that there is help out there when looking elderly care!! -

I was looking for a residence for my sister who had early onset dementia, and had found none searching on Google. Matt, who came highly recommended, understood my predicament and introduced me to Nicky.
Nicky was terrific, she went with me to visit residences that were perfect for my sister, showing me different options.She called me often, helped when I had questions and answered texts promptly and set up appointments around my crazy schedule. She is very knowledgeable and caring and has worked with seniors for a long time.
This group does not charge you. You don't have to pay anything and they will keep helping you until you find the right place.
So if you need a place to start because it's time for a loved one to be in a residence, with or without full care, then this is the group to call. 💜 -

(July 12, 2023, 1:37 am)I cannot say enough good things about Lianas Services Senior Transition Support . I spoke to Matt Del Vecchio the owner, who was so informative, calm and understanding. He referred me to Patricia Tudor who was absolutely amazing ! I honestly felt like she was a family member trying to help me find a beautiful place for my mother to live. She was so knowledgeable, reassuring, caring and kind and knew all the questions to ask. The service is absolutely free and they work with you to find something within your budget, location, time frame etc. If you're looking to get an elderly loved one a place to live, I 1000% recommend their services. And I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me and my family.
