We wanted to make polos for our company, I emailed Arnold and asked to meet him in person to make sure that we explained what we need exactly. Arnold was very professional and provided us with in person time to make sure we agree on the design. Two weeks later we had our polos in hand and the quality of embroidery was EXCELLENT! We are very happy with the product and looking forward to doing more business with MTL Label. Thank you!

Recently, we had merchandise produced for two of our companies, and Arnold and Jonathan made the entire process delightful and efficient. They dedicated time to showcase samples and steered us in the right direction based on our preferences. As a designer who has collaborated with numerous embroidery/print companies, it's easy to be lured by the allure of overseas options. I recently ordered a sweater from MTL Label for a birthday gift and not only was the customized sweater beautifully embroidered, the quality was excellent. Arnold was easy to reach and got back to me very quickly. Easy communication and great customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible.
