Very happy with the inspection and the quality of the report that definitely gives us a clear picture of the property's current condition. He responded to my question regarding the report by email promptly. We learned from Ian's service for what need to be fixed right away due to safety issue or regulations, what are potential risks, and what contractors should be looking for. He knew all about the Era of the building and was able to explain why certain things were the way they were. he provided excellent service and had a very clean easy to read report. I recommend him highly if you are buying a home.
