At every level. Assessment was spot on, the execution was smooth and they stayed in constant communication with us. We really could not have asked for a better experience. SMR is trustworthy, efficient and the team is a pleasure to work with. We HIGHLY recommend their services.

Thomas came to my house to inspect and discuss. He answered all of my questions, and provided useful advice, despite no work being required. Very professional. Thank you SMR.

(November 14, 2017, 1:31 pm)Our Co-op called SMR for major work to waterproof the foundation ,french drain installation,and a whole lot of work related to it. The SMR team came to the site and very very professional,courteous and reliable. Extremely happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone needing quality work done.Another thing was that all work was completed one month ahead of schedule. No complaints whatsoever

Gave us great advice on pros and cons of different options, and his team team came and did excellent work. Approachable, credible, attention to detail...everything you want in someone you trust your foundation to. When I reached out to him a year later for more info, he did not hesitate to help and answer questions.
