Karol was very pleasant, professional and answered all of my questions during the inspection of my condo. I got the inspection report on the same day and it was easy to read. There were pictures showing what needed to be done or changed. I recommend him for your next inspection!

Karol was super professional, we loved his automated system and the details he provided. His report was extensive and we definitely felt informed. He pays attention to details, from the inspection itself, writing the report and even with nice little gesture as first home buyers. We received the report the day of, couldn't be more satisfied.

After reading many of the glowing reviews here, we decided to go with Mr. Bartnicki, and we are so happy we did. Karol was so incredibly professional, but just as importantly, his communication and transparency about everything he was doing was amazing. He explained the intricacies of everything in a way we could understand, but also really put things in context. Making sure we understood the seriousness of some things, but also making sure we knew that they were also pretty simple fixes. As first-time home buyers, Karol was referred to us by a friend who had recently used his services and what an amazing recommendation it was! Karol arrived early on-site before we had even arrived to get prepared and start analyzing the exterior. Once inside, he meticulously walked us through all parts of the house, was extremely thorough in his explanations and made very sensible and easy-to-understand recommendations on items that needed maintenance but also on items that we didn’t need to fix right away. Post-inspection, the detailed report was delivered only a couple of hours later.
