(July 25, 2021, 4:46 pm)Michel is very professional and really knows how to fix a grandfather clock. My parents clock was dismantled and not working for a long time. He mentioned that it may take a few weeks to go and have a look at it. He was there in a few days. He fixed it completely and also followed up with my parents to see how everything was working. They are so happy to have their clock working again and are enjoying hearing the beautiful chime.
I highly recommend his expertise.

Instead, I followed the instructions on the phone to troubleshoot and after 10 minutes, voilà, back in the swing of things. I appreciated the initiative and willingness to help, great service!
