(July 25, 2022, 2:59 am)me and my boyfriend dined there on the patio and got caught in the rain, the staff invited us to get back in and settle there, and one of the waitresses even went back outside in the rain to get glasses we couldn’t bring inside! it was very kind. the interior and its decorations was very classy, it had a calm atmosphere. the food was delivered fast and it was very good, i got the ‘emburger’ and it was perfectly cooked. the only downside was that it was a bit expensive, especially the drinks. overall recommend this place if youre looking for a relax evening at an excellent restaurant.

(May 7, 2022, 12:02 pm)Embers Hudson was recommended us by a friend. She said the burgers there were exceptional! We were not in the mood for burgers- although we can’t wait to go back and try them. The food was delicious! Everything was served nicely- portions were great. Service was excellent! We are definitely going back! If your from Hudson it’s a must! If your from Montreal it’s worth the drive- the area is beautiful too!

(May 1, 2022, 9:49 pm)The food is bang on! We each had a poutine (one smoked meat and one pork belly) and it was at a whole other level. We really enjoyed the food and the service. Highly recommended.

(April 13, 2022, 1:23 am)Staff was very efficient and welcoming. I had the burger, it was delicious and cooked to perfection. I was told the meat is ground fresh in house. Keep up the good work!
