I find a lot of information there about life, our brain, I tell everyone that these are psychology and meditation courses. The best possible mix to help us understand a lot of things and be more zen on a daily basis. To try it is to adopt it !!

This course session was very enriching and I gained a lot from it: better understanding our emotions helps us find inner peace and show more compassion towards others. Thank you to the Paramita Center for offering this type of course.
