Isabelle took the time to get a thorough history of my problems and was able to significantly reduce my pain and tension in one session, which allowed me to do the stretch and exercise she gave me (which were pleasant to do and didn't feel like a chore).
She was very empathetic and her approach might feel lighter than other osteos, but it's just as if not more impactful. She showed me it doesn't have to hurt to get results. Can't wait to go back and continue treatment!
