(September 3, 2022, 4:36 am)To give some context, I've eaten from here about five times. Twice it was at the location and the other times was take-out.
The food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's on point, other times you could get your wings overcooked and dry, and the sub with a cold bun. Out of 5 meals, no two have been the same.
So they just need to dial in the consistency because when they get it right, it's good stuff!
But one issue that has happened every time is the very long wait times for the food. When comparing to other Buffalo Bill locations, this one seems to take a very long time. For my take-out, each of them has taken over an hour to get to me for just 1 sandwich.
I'm not sure what causes the inconsistencies and long wait for even small orders, but they are things that can be addressed and i'm sure they can get on a positive groove. But for now, for me, eating from this location isn't an option anymore (though the door is always open if i hear that things have improved) -

I ordered BBQ and Honey, it came with fries ( 10 pieces of Chicken wings).
It is delicious. I recommend it!
