From the first meeting I was able to observe a change in my boy who had a phobia of needles. After 2 meetings and practicing relaxation and visualization exercises that Jess gave him, he managed to get vaccinated without stressing. The best part is that he made the decision for himself. Jess even took the time to follow up with us to find out how her progress was progressing. Don't hesitate to check it out, it's great!

When I first started seeing her, my goal was vague and my motivation was at an all-time low. By combining constructive discussions, targeted listening and hypnosis sessions - I left his office on a mission and engaged in a much more precise process. As in any process, it is the main interested party who must do the bulk of the work; unfortunately there is no magic. That said, I immediately felt confident with Jess; his multidisciplinary approach was for me the key to achievements that I might never have achieved on my own. Hot recommendations!

A relaxing massage while working the areas that need it and with unique little touches like essential oils and anti-inflammatory balm.
