(June 18, 2022, 9:14 am)My computer had a lot of intermittent problems for a few months and " Vlan !!! they stop working in the middle of an update... I'm wasting my day trying to restore the situation to finish an important job and respect my "DEAD LINE". The next morning, I telephone at 8 am at EBINFORMATIQUE, 9 am, I am there, after 30 minutes of intensive tests. I am offered the solution of changing my SSD to 1 tetra with the promise that my machine will be ready by 5 p.m. with a small supplement of $50 for priority processing. My computer was ready at 3 p.m.
THANK YOU to Éric and especially to Jean-Michel, because it seems that he is the one who does everything??? In any case, I can confirm that he was wide awake to respond to my 8 a.m. anxiety and was there to bill me and get my computer back in working order with Windows 11 updated. In other words, I recommend EBINFORMATIQUE. -
