(November 25, 2022, 2:26 pm)Action Radon came to my place this morning, they were super honest and told us they would not install a ventilation system in our house, they took the time to explained the things we can do to reduce radon and left without being paid, it was more important to them to have a happy "customer" than a customer at all. Very appreciated!

On the day of installation the team arrived early and completed the work quickly and without much disruption. They were polite and efficient and explained everything clearly. In only 48 hours our radon readings dropped from 550 to under 10, we are very happy! Thank you!

(August 26, 2021, 10:51 am)The radon levels in my basement were averaging 300 Bq/m³, I've had work done by Radon-Action and the levels now show 5 Bq/m³. The installed system is highly efficient to remove radon, Joel's team was professional and their work very clean. Highly recommended!

(February 18, 2021, 1:23 am)After we did some testing we realised that we had a seriously high level of radon gas in our home. Based on a friend's recommendation we chose Joel Valois and his Action-Radon to install a mitigation system. Our radon problem has been completely eliminated (average reading is now down to 9 Bq/m3). We are extremely happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
