(August 1, 2022, 1:18 pm)My father-in-law needed one more used vehicle to take him to the end of his driving years. After a couple of weeks of looking, he found a Ford Edge at the Transaction Auto used car dealer. Since he was satisfied with the test drive through city streets (did not take on the highway), he purchased the Edge. As luck would have it, on the highway on the way home, the Edge sputtered a lot over 80 kilometers. A call was made to the dealer and an appointment was made with a garage that either he owns or deals with regularly (Garage 116). The fuel injection system was cleaned and the air conditioning fixed which was an oversight during the test drive. For a couple of weeks all was good however my father-in-law was constantly topping up the power steering. Another appointment was made and the power steering pump was changed. The last appointment was on a Friday and my wife and I picked up the Edge at approximately 4:45 in the afternoon and the garage closes at 5. On the trip home, the power steering belt shattered and I could barely steer the Edge. We contacted the garage immediately and were able to bring the Edge right back. Even though the garage was about to close for vacation for two weeks, the mechanic said that he would take care of it first thing Saturday morning which he did. The Edge was a 2009 so we expected to have a few issues but the used car dealership and Garage 116 took extremely good care of us and the mechanics are so easy to talk to. It is nice to have help from those who have a true commitment for their customers.

Person who are in Transaction Auto Moto very warm welcome when looking for my new car in the forecourt, wasn't pressured into feeling 'I needed' to buy the car but was very helpful with finding out the information I required on it. Once decided I wanted the car Glynn was very helpful in researching into getting all the history of the car I required.
I even got balloons on the car when going to buy it!! Great company, would recommend! -
