The staff took the time to explain una very detail way how each cellar worked and the difference between eachother. The final deal was a nice surprise with a gift card when we bought our fridge. The guarantee plans are fair and attractive. Definitely if you are a wine lover and want to have your bottles in a good fridge this is the options plus, the manufacturer is from Quebec so you will be supporting not only local commerce but local companies.
