Very clean, employees are smiling, kind and helpful, produce is fresh, good quality, it is a small and cosy store, different then warehouse style stores. I buy little at a time so I have reason to go more often. With covid, we need more "feel good" spots to keep our mental health, why not making groceries an experience instead of a chore.
