No judgement, everyone encourages each other and really a great atmosphere! Jerry, the owner, takes the time to greet everyone. He is really amazing and great! The coaches are awesome too!

Varied sessions of Full body, Cardio, Abs-glutes-thighs, legs.
Intense but accessible workouts suitable for everyone.
Very good energy from the coaches and a good atmosphere between participants.
Brand new and quality equipment.
I recommend!
