(August 31, 2022, 5:09 am)In mid-May, it was a change of the front bumper of my brand new 2021 Sonata Luxury that I had "crumpled" in a parking lot in Boucherville, which brought me to Rénovauto.
Right away, I felt welcomed by the lady in admissions. Kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful of my person who had not had an accident for 20 years. And what about his boss who immediately took me in hand. He contacted my insurance, spoke to a company representative, and quickly discussed what to do in a case like this. In less than two, the business was in progress. The insurance appraiser came to see the situation the next day, agreed on what to do with the garage owner and the same day, the parts were ordered from Hyundai Canada. Everything went as discussed without me needing to worry about it. The car finally came out looking its best and they loaned me a car the whole time with it. What a great experience. Kudos to the team. Thanks to the nice lady who received me in the first minutes. It's those little minutes when you're taken in hand that are the most important, I think. Thanks again.
