My health & food awareness journey with her started with a social conversation and quickly developed into a client/mentor relationship! It's not just the advise she gives, it is the way it is delivered! She listens intentfully and does deeply care showing that through her questions & follow-ups; always with a sweet encouraging smile.
With Laurie, I switched into a high fiber diet that resulted in miracle transformation for my health (stomach & intestines) & fitness (steady & permanent weight loss). She guided me on every step and even when we were not on our video calls, she was still there; the guiding angel on my shoulder while picking my groceries and supplements! :) I am so grateful!! -

Highly recommend that everyone gets a similar consultation with her as it's a small price to pay for your health! -
