(February 7, 2019, 1:46 pm)I used the hypnosis service offered by Sandra in order to quit smoking cigarettes. I was a regular user (8-10/day) and I had already tried to quit in several ways.
It only took one session and it was over. This autumn evening is etched in my memory. A relaxing experience, taking control and a feeling that I am now taking good care of myself is with me every day.
Sandra followed up and asked me to contact her as soon as I felt I might relapse. I didn't need; She had made me assimilate the tools that I needed!
It's now more than 3 years (9-11-2015) that I quit smoking and I have the clear impression that I will never touch it again. It is unshakeable, it is a fact, it is so!
Many thanks to Sandra for this gift of life. It's just amazing 😁 -

It was mostly hypnosis sessions that I had with Sandra, especially for the seasonal ragweed allergies, which I was really suffering from, I couldn't leave the house for at least 3 weeks during the periods. of allergy. The year after his treatment I noticed a very big drop in my allergies and with each subsequent year my allergies have continued to decrease, 3 years later I no longer have to lock myself in the house, I still have minor discomforts but almost nothing, it's really a relief! I highly recommend her, she is an exceptional young lady!
