Unlike the big chains, the technicians are accessible.
In addition, they listen to the customer's needs, repairs are done on site and advise us instead of trying to sell us anything.
So it's a personal choice because I could have bought a cheaper product from the big chains but I prioritized the quality of service, while buying local.
