I have lived in the Hinchinbrooke region for almost 30 years. For 15 years now I have been working from home building and maintaining corporate websites. The quality and dependence of my internet service is vital for me.
I have tried ALL the solutions to get decent internet service; Cellular Bell (expensive and limited (which I only use as an emergency solution), Explornet by satellite (Expensive and simply non-functional for me ..). Unfortunately, the Xplornet satellite solution has more latency (lag) of 600 milliseconds (distance to satellite) which makes any live telecommuting or direct communication like ZOOM impossible.I have also tried several other WiFi services which have always been disappointing and unreliable.
Fortunately, for almost 8 years now Rl-Tech and its WiFi service have allowed me to build my small SME thanks to the consistency and reasonable price of their services. I personally want to say “Thank you” to the owner, Roland Latreille who works tirelessly to build a reliable network and considers each of his clients to be important. Thanks Roland!
