I have been involved in the purchase of 3 phones from SecondCell in the past month or two: 2 iPhones, for my son and sister, and most recently a Samsung 20FE for myself. All three purchases have been great experiences so far.
A few details:
Product Quality. All 3 phones had been rated 8/10 on the website. The products received were in excellent condition - as good, or better, than expected.
Price. Very competitive. You could definitely find cheaper phones on Kijiji, Ebay, or various marketplaces (e.g. a BestBuy marketplace seller), but I think you'd be taking a bigger risk with the quality of the product and integrity of the seller; not worth the small discount.
Battery Life. Very good. This is one of my more significant concerns with used phones.
Customer Service. I had a minor issue with one of the accessories that I ordered with my phone. SecondCell replied to my concern promptly, and proposed a reasonable, hassle-free solution for me. All good.
Delivery time. As expected.
Guarantee. SecondCell is one of few (the only?) suppliers of used phones that provides a decent (6 month) guarantee. I've not had to test this, but it does provide some reassurance.
Room for improvement?: I ended up buying a Spigen phone case (inexpensive, rugged, in stylish classic black) separately afterward, as it was not available on SecondCell. Perhaps find a way to sell phone cases just for the used phones you have on offer?
In summary: although you as the buyer need to do your homework to figure out which phone best serves your needs, once you have a good idea of what you're looking for, I recommend SecondCell as a great place to buy it.

ordered s21 ultra, arrived as described with minor scratches (rated 7/10 on website), charger and cable included (not fast charging charger, but that's fine; had one of my own).

i've been using it for a few months now, battery holding well. to my untrained, average eyes, its like it's brand new performance wise.

I recently bought an LG G7 One through SecondCell. This was the second time in as many years I bought from SecondCell. I returned to them as I am a big believer in tech-reuse and had a very good experience previously buying an LG Q6 (8/10) phone from here for a family member. This latest buy, the LG G7 One was rated a 7/10 and I did call to check on the condition, as the photos on the website did not show the imperfections. The call confirmed that there were scratches on the screen, which to be fair is what a 7/10 is supposed to be. So I held off for a few days thinking about it, then the price dropped an extra $20, so I decided to take a chance, and I am glad I did. For a little over $100 I got a fantastic phone, which is in amazing condition, except for two small-ish scratches on the screen. These scratches however are only noticeable when the screen is off - so they do not in anyway affect the use of the screen/phone.

Some people may not like - albeit small - scratches on the screen, in which case a 7/10 phone from SecondCell probably would not be a good buy. (If that sounds like you? go for a 7.5/10 and up rated phone). But for me, for the price and functionality, a couple of small imperfections that are not even noticeable when the phone is in use, is a huge win. To note, the delivery was fast and the battery-life is like new. All in all, I am very happy with my LG G7 One!

Great service and great quality. They were by far the cheapest phones and I studied A LOT of options. They offer financing which is nice, and their online service was perfect.
The only thing I thought was a bit ordinary is when I called for information. Other than that I highly recommend and will definitely buy there again!
