She made the arrangement for the delivery and installation and did a follow up with us. Wonderful service all the way.

(November 12, 2021, 9:20 pm)What a great service! I was served my Micheal & Jade, who were extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the products they had. They arranged me a listening experience as well, took their time to answer all my questions. I could easily see that Micheal's main concern was firstly customer satisfaction while meeting customer requirements rather than sell.
Jade also was very helpful, she did a follow-up on some things I've ordered which they didn't have in stock. She's very polite, professional and exceeding at customer service.
Folks, you make a great team. I will definitely come buy again at that Centre Hi Fi, hoping to be served again by Mike and Jade. Keep up the amazing work, and thanks for everything!!!

I travelled all the way from Brossard just to do business with him. Thank you for your amazing professionalism Mike. I can’t wait for my wife to yell at me because I’ve spent all our life savings on our home theatre again!
