(September 8, 2019, 4:03 pm)I called to find out if he had a battery tester that can test cold cranking amps. He didn't have any for sale but he told me to bring the drums and he would do it for me in place.
I also asked for the size of a certain battery booster. He closed the store for a minute to go to his tanks because he had one and he gave me the dimensions. All this without my asking. wow. He helped me so much, was professional and clear. Amazing. 10/5
Called to ask if they had a battery tester that tests CCA. They had none for sale but he said he'd do it for me if I brought the battery.
I showed up and also asked about the size of a battery booster. He closed the shop and brought the product that he owns himself out of his car to let me measure without me even asking. Amazing customer service, professional, clear, helpful. Can I rate higher than 5 stars? -
