I removed a star because I tried several times to contact you by phone and I had no answer! However, I wrote an email in the "contact us" section and got a response right away! -

Although your website is very comprehensive, navigating it takes a certain amount of skill, hence the need for us to go in person to eliminate this layer of anxiety caused by a pre-return to studies.
All that to say that this morning, we were lucky enough to be served by ANDRÉ at the McMasterville point of sale. His professionalism, his extreme patience and his kindness immediately reassured us.
