(September 1, 2022, 8:42 pm)Food was good but lacking variety. You had entre and main dishes that were the same. Main meals had fries or salad or whatever side dish but otherwise the entre menu and main course menu were identical. Except for the steak choice.
Venu is very trendy. Comfortable and beautiful waterfront view. -

(September 27, 2021, 3:42 pm)The main reason of going to this restaurant is for the view of the water. I will not go back here for the food or service. It was a busy evening and there were lots of people. I was gonna go for the fish and chips but they ran out. So I took a pork special that the waiter had suggested. It took quite some time before we got our food. It might be around 25-30 mins. The food was just warm when we got it. The potatoes were cold and had some kind of sugar coating that was extremely hard because they were cold. I asked for some warm ones and they told me they ran out of potatoes as well. The food and the plating were at best amateurish. For the price, I was expecting much better quality and presentation. Even the dessert seemed like stuff you can get at the grocery store. We shared our comments with the waiter but they just apologized. Offered nothing to replace our potatoes, our water was always empty and no compensation whatsoever when we got the bill. I will not be going back to this place. Not even for the view.

(May 29, 2021, 3:18 pm)Great atmosphere in the town of Chambly, food is good and views are great on the lake. If you are ever in the area I recommend you pass by this little gem and have a dinner on their terrace overlooking the water. Their menu is rather limited but not sure if it’s because of COVID. Highly recommended!
