The plans had to be modified a few times and Mr. Jolicoeur was able to remain cooperative until the final plans were obtained. For top plans, I recommend Jolicoeur ;)

It was a difficult project because the location of the house in a potential landslide area, and on "acquired rights" areas (too close to water, too close to a street, etc.) foreshadowed that the project was unrealizable. Fortunately we called on COSEB. First, the approach and attentiveness to our needs were impeccable and that gave us confidence. Mr. Jolicoeur and his colleagues also demonstrated flawless professionalism. Our plans were clear, and very detailed. Professional work! They also gave us a solid helping hand to negotiate our difficult project with the city, which allowed us to sleep on our two ears. Today, thanks largely to Mr. Jolicoeur and his COSEB team, not only has our permit application been accepted, but the estimates ($$) are accurate, the plans are clear and we have contractors who are happy to work with plans. of this quality. (April 2, 2017, 10:14 am)As president of a 10-unit condominium, we retained the services of Coseb as soon as the building was transferred to the syndicate. We are very satisfied with the work done by the engineer Mr. Sébastien Jolicoeur who inspected all the units and common areas. Fast and very professional work, the 11 reports well presented with very detailed photo documentation.
During negotiations to have the repairs to be carried out accepted, Mr. Jolicoeur represented us and we obtained the corrective measures required in his report.
I recommend Coseb unreservedly for both the reasonable rates and the quality of the inspection work.
