(July 31, 2021, 7:56 pm)Zak was very courteous, accommodating and polite. His work was completed in a timely manner. For him I rate 5 stars. Only reason I did not rate five stars for HydroKleen was that we were told that the work would be done during the week of July 17 yet the technician showed up without notice on Monday morning at 8:30 AM. As a result he had to come back on Friday to complete the work as 4 out of 8 co-owners were not there.

My AC is a wall unit located 20 feet up in a stairwell. Was no issue for him! -

Get this... we've been living at our townhouse for almost 7 years and have been trying different services from various companies to do maintenance on our wall mounted Air Conditioning unit over the years. Mold buildup has always been a problem with these ACs and getting a proper cleaning job is hard to come by.
However! After hiring multiple companies for the job and always ending up completely disappointed, we finally found the one! We took a shot at HydroKleen in Valleyfield and we are absolutely thrilled.
Outstanding service! Their technician (Dave) was super courteous, thorough and very friendly which can be rare these days. The job he did was phenomenal and the way they clean the unit is far superior to any other service we've gotten in the past.
We will be getting ours done every second year at 229$ tax included for inside and outside unit, which IMHO is a total steal considering how pristine this unit is in comparison to past cleaning jobs (where I felt like I literally just set my money on fire lol). Figured I'd share the awesome experience, these guys deserve it.
Looking forward to breathing clean cool air all summer long 😁
