I needed steps, non-standard in depth, 2 "thick. My estimates ranged from $ 183 to $ 300 per step, unvarnished, which was very discouraging until I found the King of the works. Far better price, a fraction of all competitors, so I decided to give it a go. Worst of all, I thought to myself, I will only lose my deposit! But not only was the quality of the product impeccable , but the production was, compared to all the other competitors, by far faster. I chose the natural birch of 2 "but since my steps were not standard and had to be made from scratch, they made them for me. at 2 1/4 "thick for the same price. Dye service was not available for natural birch so I rolled up my sleeves and did it myself (with Saman products). The end product, with the beautiful birch grooves, is beautiful. I had to write in order to rage such an honest and efficient Quebec company! No regrets.
