Very professional, he took the time to bring all the issues in the house to light, which includes what the seller had tried to cover up. The roof, otherwise inaccessible, could be inspected using a drone. The thermography (a must!) Made it possible to highlight water infiltration in the walls, which would not have been possible with a simple visual inspection. The report was detailed and rich in photographic evidence. The seller, unfortunately not very honest, was frustrated by the exposure of his lies. Mr. Côté remained very calm and polite despite the salesperson's unpleasant attitude. If you don't want unpleasant surprises, this is the inspector for you.

Meticulous, rigorous, professional, he was able to document the many and varied problems affecting the house which was the subject of the promise to purchase. He popularized information well, allowed the uninitiated to fully understand what was at stake, all with patience and cordiality. The availability of the drone made it possible to judge the condition of the roof, which would have been difficult without this equipment: a plus which is not available with all the inspectors. The report was comprehensive, well supported by relevant written observations and a compelling choice of photography. The inspection enabled the promise to purchase to be canceled and the falsehoods found in the seller's declaration to be brought to light. I recommend Mr. Côté without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest inspector in the service of the public.
