We showed up for the exchange of an online purchase on December 26th. Even if they were super busy in the middle of Boxing Day, we were received with good humor and enthusiasm.
They didn't have the size we needed, but they offered to call another store to have them set aside for us. My daughter was delighted to have her boots in time to go to the countryside the next day. An excellent service as we rarely see these days, congratulations Softmoc!
