(May 17, 2022, 12:53 pm)I used the service for a few days in early 2022, we had good service. Nothing exceptional but good service. The enclosures are spacious, the yard is large, however my dog's eyes were infected with pus in her eyes when I picked her up.
I don't doubt the good service and the dogs get the chance to exercise. However, I tried a few times to book again via phone, chat, text message and no return, not even to tell me that they don't have room. I imagine they are a victim of their own success. My rating is based on the fact that my dog came back with an eye infection and the fact that we never received a return phone call, text message, email.
My dog was to be kept again 2 weeks ago and we had to cancel 24 hours in advance following the Covid which manifested. I took the time to advise them via email, telephone 24 hours in advance. I imagine they didn't like it. -

(December 18, 2021, 12:59 pm)My dog gets kept there and groomed and I really liked it. The only reason why I give three stars is because when he came back from the pension he smelled a lot of urine and had lost much weight. But the staff are very nice, friendly.
