(October 15, 2018, 4:58 pm)In the village of Beebe near Stanstead. A wonderful small indoor/outdoor bistro. Excellent food, wonderful savory or sweet crepes Bretonne, excellent service, reasonable prices! A “brigadoon”-like experience! Don’t miss it!!

(August 19, 2018, 2:25 pm)The star was the buckwheat crepe. It was soft but with a bit of crisp right at the edges that made sure you knew you were eating a crepe and not just dough. Mine had shrimp, salmon, mushrooms, cheese and bechamel sauce. This is the best crepe I've ever had.
The vegetable soup was also good. They ignored the current trend of whole vegetable pieces, to my benefit. Pureed vegetable soup done properly is so much better -
