  We visited for dinner at The Hatley and it a was very special venue. You can feel the history inside the building and the level of hospitality and service is doing it honor. We had the 8 Service course to taste a little of everything and it was very good with a few servings even better. Portions are small enough to get you to the end and the balance of tastes in every plate is carefully designed and executed. A tip, it's the kind that clean the table at each serving, the expensive kind, but what a service!

  This is what heaven must be like. ♥️♥️ The food is so inventive and good, the rooms are luxuriously cosy and the welcome is always warm. And so close to fabulous xc and downhill skiing at Mont Orford!! We visit most winters and it's a highlight of the season.

  Had a wonderful experience here. We had a large group in several different rooms and suites. The rooms and suites were fabulous and the staff was very attentive.

  Quite spectacular. Beautiful vistas, gorgeous rooms, delightful food. But the greatest asset this resort has to offer is its staff. Incredibly friendly, helpful, polite, respectful. We even caught one of the groundskeepers cleaning snow off of our car. Can't ask for more than that. Can't wait to go back in the summer.

  This place has the best customer service hands down anywhere we've been in Canada. We came in contact with at least 10 different staff members all of them provided outstanding customer service our room was very comfortable we really really loved the fireplace and The View. Manor Hovey should be very proud of their staff.
