You always think you can do an inspection by yourself and it is not impossible to make one, let's say drinkable, but it will never be as good as by a specialist. They have a lot more tools but so much more experience. When the job is done with professionalism and as much rigor, it is worth no less than 5 stars. Not to mention that afterwards it is much easier to negotiate the purchase.

The inspector, Claude Maillé is constantly up to date in his knowledge and government standards in building construction in order to offer you the most complete and professional service. When you go to do the inspection with him, he will show you on the spot his observations and the major non-compliant points. A detailed digital color report will be sent to you as soon as possible. I have used SecurAchat's services on several occasions and the range of products it offers has always been able to meet my needs. (air quality analysis, plex inspection, home inspection, etc.) A simple inspection could prevent you from making a very bad purchase or help you to lower the price offered ...
