Located about 2.5kms from Magog downtown, 150 mts from plage des cantons, on the 112 Route/rue principale (magog's main road). I have been living here since April 2018 and friends have rented condos for days, weeks, months and in our case up to one year. It is a very quiet enviroment that allows you to get around Memohremagog region as located strategically in between magog and mont orford national park. Just 30 minutes drive from Sherbrooke, and 1.5 hrs from Montreal city.
