(July 15, 2023, 1:49 pm)The employees are unionized, the administration gives remuneration for employees who have a good presence, and others (employee week, recognition dinner, etc.). I have been a PAB employee for 4 years among some employees in other depts for more than 10 - 20 years.

Attentive staff, listening to your needs, your concerns and responding quickly in case of emergency.
Excellent and diverse food.
I spent a few weeks in convalescence and I very much appreciated all the services adapted to my needs and especially the human side felt by all the staff.
