(February 23, 2023, 7:05 pm)I simply stopped at the Agence PMA de Shawinigan and I was very well received, the agent who received me, Ms. Vickie Armstrong, in less than 5 minutes, treated me with respect and not as a number, I liked its professionalism and warmth as well as the competitive prices of their Home and Automobile insurance.
I left very satisfied to be back with Intact Insurance and I recommend everyone to go to the PMA Insurance Agency in Shawinigan. -

Madame Portelance served me extremely well and did the necessary follow-up with no delays, she remained proactive and patient even if I shopped and obtained other quotes elsewhere.
