My experience at Studio PROUD started with a Bootcamp. I had a fun, entertaining workout there and during which I surpassed myself. The group effect and the encouragement from the female coaches certainly have something to do with it. At first because of my age I was embarrassed, but very quickly I felt comfortable, respected and super well surrounded. The coaches are kind, attentive, professional. The fact that the sessions are semi-private and supervised brings confidence, motivation and stimulation.
Congratulations Alexandrine for your vision, Congratulations to you and your team for making a difference in the lives of women of all kinds.

I have never been so disciplined and consistent in all my life! It's a beautiful community of inspiring women who are all looking to become a better version of themselves, just like me, so the values speak to me a lot! I feel strong, beautiful and well surrounded since my very beginnings at Proud. The studio lives up to its name, because I've never been so proud of myself. I recommend without hesitation, a big game changer in my life ❤️
