(August 2, 2019, 10:20 pm)Was in town for the week and bought day passes (very reasonable at 10$ a pop). Has all the essentials-cardio, free weights, adequate machines. Never crowded between 10am-2pm. Music is great. Ideal for purists that just need to get a good sweat in and don't care about having the latest 'fancy' machines/weights

(August 14, 2018, 5:56 pm)Great gym. It is small, but it isn’t busy. It has all you need. Lots of free weights, racks, benches and the essential machines. Staff was always super friendly. This place was the ideal gym for me when visiting Rawdon.
