Service quality was on point. The technician came on time, did his work professionally and quickly! However, they took a month to send the bill and when they did it was doubled the time it actually took to repair my PTAC (replacing the fan part).
The 3 Star is mostly for how the president of the company chose to say that he was not going to do a favour and review our bill! Firstly we didn't ask him for a favour but to review his bill because the reasons he gave to justify the it and the hours he charged us was incorrect. So, because we said this, he is not reviewing the bill...You can tell how HONEST the company is. I guess next time everyone should do timesheets and make the technician sign it!
