As a first time home buyer, he not only cleared any doubts I had about the need for having an inspection done on a home but he gave me an opportunity to learn more about the property and what I would need to do to maintain it in years to come - an added bonus that was not listed in his job description.
Would recommend to anyone in need of property inspection, he has a wealth of knowledge and he also made the process very enjoyable for all parties involved (including the seller and the real estate agent!)
