(January 2, 2020, 5:23 pm)Although, they are lacking parking space, you feel motivated as soon as you walk up to the glass doors. I loved the high intensity work out. The trainers gave me pointers and where walking around motivating the team.
On my second time there, I had trained too hard and was feeling nauseated by the end. Another member told me the trainers would offer me Gatorade to help me fuel back up. I mentioned feeling ill but no one did anything :S Maybe a bit more follow up/tending too for those of us who feel like dying post work out lol.
Thank you BBA for pushing my limits and offering a variety of workouts each class. Please offer more deals … will definitely go back and try the kids/parents class. GREAT IDEA! -

(November 11, 2018, 10:02 pm)I’ve been going to Blackburn Athletics in La Prairie for over a year now and it is by far my favorite place to train and push myself. The coaches are amazing and there’s always a great vibe. I strongly recommend.
